Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will create emotionally engaging, SEO-optimized content and develop brand narratives that resonate with target audiences throughout the buyer's journey. Experience in IT, SaaS and enterprise technology . Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and documentation tools (Markdown, GitHub) is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research to extract insights and understand emerging industry trends.
- Develop content that aligns with target audience personas and business objectives.
- Analyse competitor content to identify gaps and opportunities.
- SEO & Keyword Optimization:
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Write meta descriptions, title tags, and structured data to enhance content visibility.
- Storytelling & Engagement:
- Create emotionally engaging narratives that make technical concepts accessible.
- Transform complex product features into compelling customer benefits.
- Develop brand stories that drive engagement and establish thought leadership.
- Persuasive Copywriting & Conversion Optimization:
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
- Tailor messaging for various stages of the buyer’s journey, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Apply psychological triggers to enhance content engagement and conversion rates.
- Versatility & Adaptability:
- Write across multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and technical documentation.
- Adjust tone and style to match brand voice and specific audience segments. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or IT-related content creation.
Flawless command of the English language with excellent grammar and clarity.
Strong research & analytical skills to develop well-informed, insightful content.
Expertise in SEO & keyword optimization, including experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
Proven storytelling ability to turn complex concepts into compelling narratives.
Persuasive copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.
